1.The meeting decided to pass the company's consolidated financial report in the 1st quarter of 2017.
2.The meeting approved the proposal to apply for renewal of financing extension from the Taiwan SME Bank for the performance guarantee amount of the CTBC Life Insurance Kaohsiung Tseng Tu Cultural Creation Hall (General) BOT.
3.The meeting adopted the "CO-504 Project Cost Control Operation", "CO-505 Engineering Change Operation", and "CP-503 Subcontractor Pricing Operation" of the Company’s internal control system.
