1. All the directors present unanimously elected Mr. Jen-Jeng Wang to continue to be the Company's Chairman and Mr. Jen-Chih Wang to be the Company's Vice Chairman.
2. Resolved the adoption of the dismissal of General Manager Tsai-Bin Wang.
3. Resolved the adoption of the appointment of M. Gang-Hua Lu as the Company's General Manager, and Mr. Chao-Bang Liaw as the Executive Deputy General Manager.
