DACIN asks customers to help fill out the "Customer Satisfaction Survey Form" every six months to evaluate the service.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY PROTECTION
DACIN values the protection of customer privacy. During the execution of the project work, the graphic documents and data collected from the customers, as well as software and hardware information, are all set up by a dedicated control team to ensure the safety. DACIN will never take the initiative to disclose customer nonpublic information except for requirements or special regulations of the competent authority.
