In order to promote and strengthen corporate governance and enhance the sustainable development of the company, DACIN has been approved by the board of directors to set up a “corporate governance director”, with Ms. Vickiie Hsu , Vice President of the management group, as the director of corporate governance, responsible for corporate governance related matters, including handling in accordance with the law Board of directors, audit committee, remuneration committee and shareholders meeting related matters; assisting directors in appointment and continuing education; providing directors with data needed to perform their business; and assisting directors in complying with laws and regulations.
