To help new employees better understand the Company’s organization, operating systems, and construction management practices, DACIN held a “New Employee Training Camp” on April 25. The program covered topics including construction management, quality management, contracts, procurement, ethical business practices, finance and accounting, and business development. Networking and Q&A sessions were also arranged to help new employees quickly become familiar with the Company’s systems and working environment while strengthening cross-departmental communication and teamwork.
